Summary
No login page shown when trying to access the Test Manager, instead, an error is received immediately.
Error
When trying to access the Test Manager (configured with an NV Server instead of being Stand Alone installation), the user may receive an error instead of the Page that requests the credentials for Logging in. Example error:
Unauthorized
The request requires user authentication
Cause
The "incorrect" URL was used.
Fix
Customers should avoid adding a "slash" at the end of the URLs (even if stated in the User Guide, which will be fixed in future iterations).
Please use :
https://<TM IP>:8182/shunra/controller
And not :
https://<TM IP>:8182/shunra/controller/
