VMware vSphere events are records of user actions or system actions that
occur on objects in the vSphere environment. These include actions such
as a lost connection to an ESXi host, a virtual machine power off, a CPU
alarm state change ...etc...
This paper describes how to configure OAVA and VISPI to collect events
from the vCenter and forward these events as OM alerts to the OM server.
It provides basic configuration steps, detailed configuration steps and
troubleshooting steps.
