If the problem is not fixed by the proposed actions in the Tech white paper for the error "You are not concted to collaboration server" please check task 8 sub task 23
Note that from now on, you need to use HTTPS and the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) in the URL when logging on to Service Manager web client. You may wish to update the bookmarks in the bookmark toolbar.
