In UFT12.50 and above the Run Result Viewer has changed, by default it is HTML report and embedded in UFT, however this can switch to old style (XML)
Steps:
Go to UFT12.5x > Tools > Options > General > Run Sessions > Report Format > Select "Run Results Viewer Report"
It can be found from file system as "run_results.html" or "run_results.xml" where results were saved.
