Error

IUSR_METRO was not created in Performance Center machine after adding Performance Center Host into Lab Management

Cause

In PC versions like 12.20 and above the IUSR_METRO will only be created automatically after installation in PC Server machine.

In order to create the IUSR_METRO into the PC Host machines it is necessary to add them into the Lab Management.

Fix

Sometimes it is possible that the IUSR_METRO is not created after adding the PC Host into the Lab Management, in this case do the following:

1- Delete and add the PC Host again.

2- Go to Lab Management ->Hosts ->Select the PC Host with the issue and click on "Reconfigure Host".
