Summary

This error message appears during the configuration phase. The Installation of the binaries completes successfully, however the PC web sites (LoadTest and PCS) are not listened in the Internet Information Server (IIS).

Error

Installation of Performance Center Server (PC) is performed successfully, however during the configuration phase the error message “Failed to obtain list of available IIS Web Sites….” is shown as on the picture:

Cause

The cause of the issue is because the “Default Web Site” is missing from the IIS.

Fix

Create default web site on IIS
Run PC configuration wizard as Administrator again
