After switching on Power Mode, user will get the error when initializing test.

Cause

Sprinter is not setup properly.

Fix

To resolve the issue,  perform the steps below:

1. Open Control Panel -> Program and Features.
2. Select “HP Sprinter”.
3. Repair it.

You can also perform clean uninstallation and reinstall Sprinter will fix the issue.
