After installing latest hotfix for 11.14 agent - it is not possible to specify the non-root user to run commands in a template

Summary

OVO 11.14 agent with 121 hotfix installed is always using user root to run the commands from the template, ans is ignoring the specified non-root user.

Error

After the Hotfix I have a new problem. It is not possible for a userswitch in a scheduled policy.
The user switch is ignored and the Command run allways with an root environment.

Cause

Bug in the 11.14 agent

Fix

Ask HP support to provide a hotfix set for QCIM1A182022 issue.
