Error message during system health check: Database Connection Error: failed Open Connection: Login failed for user 'DOMAIN\IUSR_METRO' when we are using Windows Authentication

Error

Running the system health check we got the following error message from PC server database connection check:
"Database Connection Error: failed Open Connection: Login failed for user 'DOMAIN\IUSR_METRO'".

Cause

When we install the database and we use Windows authentication instead of SQL authentication.

Fix

In order to resolved this issue

1. Add the IUSR_METRO into the Database--> Logins
2. Assign the db_owner permissions
