Summary

"Forwarding type" option is not displayed when setting up Event Forwarding Rule

Error

OMi 9.2x, when setting up Event Forwarding Rule, "Forwarding type" option is not displayed.

Cause

In "Server Deployment", some components, including CustomRules, are not deployed.

Fix

Enable CustomRules in Admin -> Setup and Maintenance -> Server Deployment -> Save configuration, then restart BSM, after that "Forwarding type" option can be displayed.
