This integration enables administrators to build Operations Orchestration (OO) flows that are integrated with Micro Focus OM through the Incident Web Service interface.

This integration's OO operations enable communication between OO and the Micro Focus OM Incident Web Service interface.
 
The Micro Focus Operations Manager Incident Web Service interface exposes its messages as IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) incidents and uses terminology (such as Close and Reopen) that is compliant with the Distributed Management Task Force (DMTF) Web Services for Management (WS-Management) standard. This terminology is similar to Micro Focus OM native terminology.
