Description
Service Test Management allows you to manage many types of Application Components; in particular, Web Services, within ALM. Application Components can be linked to ALM requirements, defects and tests, and allow tracking and coverage of the components' quality.
When you work with an STM-enabled ALM project, a new module called Application Components is available. You can populate this module by importing WSDLs, and by manually creating Application Components.
You can use the Requirement and Test Generation Wizard to quickly create requirements and tests that are automatically linked to these components, and view the coverage and quality from the dashboard.
You can also view the linked Application Components from the Requirements, Tests, and Defects modules.
