Description
The integration between HP Continuous Delivery Automation (HP CDA) and HP Infrastructure Orchestration (HP IO) is enabled using a set of services provided by HP IO for provisioning different types of infrastructure such as virtualized, cloud, and physical resources. This set of interfaces allows HP CDA to implement and utilize services such as system provisioning, network provisioning, and later storage provisioning in a seamless, modeled, and extensible fashion without having to code specifically to cater to the type of customer environment.
The Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Controller provided by HP IO allows for a clean separation of platform and automation. HP IO provides options for provisioning different types of infrastructure and HP CDA supports automation of provisioning, deployment, and management of applications through a model-driven approach.
