Description
TransactionVision (TV) sends events to Business Process Insight (BPI) to drive one or more steps of a business process model based on Business Transactions that TV monitors.
- This automatically provides impacted transaction and infrastructure linkage to the business process and step.
- TV can provide all of the business data it captures, so that it can be used within the BPI model.
- BPI provides the ability to take step/sub-transaction and dimensional measurements of TV transactions.
- From BPI, you can drill down to the transaction instances in TV that are part of a given business process instance.
