Description
This integration enables synchronization of defects between IBM Rational ClearQuest and Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / Micro Focus Quality Center using Micro Focus ALM Synchronizer.
To facilitate this integration:
- Do not install the Synchronizer server machine on the same machine as the Rational ClearQuest server.
- Install certain prerequisites, such as a ClearQuest client on the Synchronizer server machine. See the Micro Focus ALM Synchronizer Installation Guide.
- Configure ClearQuest to allow Synchronizer to make state transitions. See the Micro Focus ALM Synchronizer User Guide.
- Configure ClearQuest-related settings in Synchronizer. See the Micro Focus ALM Synchronizer User Guide.
