Description

The Service Manager (SM) Service Catalog - Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) Foundation Center Project Proposal Integration Solution aims to submit project proposals from SM to PPM Center, and feed back the proposal's status (rejection/approval) from PPM Center to SM.
 
 

A typical flow of this integration is as follows:

  1. A Project Proposal catalog item is added in the Service Manager Service Catalog system.
  2. You can create Project Proposal catalog items in the Service Manager system, and send them to the PPM Center system for creation of corresponding Project Proposals demands in the PPM Center.
  3. After the Project Proposals are properly processed in the PPM Center system, their status will be synchronized back to the Service Manager system.
