Autonomy Records Manager (ARM) License Exchange Program

On March 20, 2015 and April 8, 2015, HP announced the product discontinuance for Autonomy Records Manager (ARM) 12.6x and 12.5x, formerly known as CA Records Manager and FileSurf effective February 28, 2017. To exchange to HP Records Manager, the successor product to ARM, you must formally request the exchange of your ARM licenses covered by active contract(s) to HP Records Manager licenses. Please follow the License Exchange request instructions below.

Limited-time Offer
For a limited time, HP is offering customers the opportunity to exchange ARM licenses for HP Records Manager free of charge. To qualify for this promotion, you must:

• Have an active support contract for ARM
• Submit a License Exchange Request on or before July 20, 2015
• Sign and return the License Exchange Agreement (LEA) on or before July 31, 2015

If you are unable to take advantage of the license exchange promotion, you must purchase HP Records Manager upgrade licenses for each user for a nominal fee. The exact cost will be determined following submittal of your additional License purchase request.
Whether or not you take advantage of the License Exchange promotion described above, you must submit a License Exchange Request and sign the License Exchange Agreement to upgrade to HP Records Manager.
