In Performance Center 12.01 during System Health Check SiteScope server returns failure

Error

In Performance Center 12.01 during System Health Check the following errors are displayed :

"Could not get SiteScope servers list from ALM Platform using REST " 

"The following problem was encountered: Failed processing password fields, couldn't find ''passwordEncrypted'' node"

Cause

The reason of this error is caused by the bad password for one or more  of the topologies defined in the project . This passworkd is located under  projects' DB table PC_TOPOLOGIEs ,  column TOP_TOPOLOGY_DATA

Fix

Delete the problematic topology table or remove topology from the project
