Summary

The CSA - AM integration scenario does not correctly update the status of existing subscriptions

Error

The Asset Manager (AM) Cloud Billing Package delivers a Connect-it scenarion for passing subscription records from Cloud Service Automation (CSA) and AM.

The scenario is named subscription.scn

When this scenario is run, the initial subscriptions import works well.

However, when the next scenario run needs to perform an update, the subscription status is not always correctly updated.

Example: The subscription status in CSA is "expired", and in Asset Manager it remains "active".

 

Fix

In the scenario, deactivate the "Use the reconciliation cache" option for the documents consumed by the AM connector.
