Unable to expand context menu in BSM


When we try to assign permissions to a User under User Management tab and select a Context, the data under the context menu does not expand.

All we see is a button that says "More..." but when we click on that, nothing is displayed.

This happens with all the context menu options like RTSM, EUM etc.

This issue can happen if we are using IIS webserver and have URLScan tool working on the server.

URLScan tool can block the URLs generated when we open the context menu and hence nothing would show up on the interface.




Work with your Internal Security team to configure/disable URLScan tool to allow BSM Executables.
