In certain cases there’s no support for Chrome 39 after update from Chrome 38

To workaournd this situation there are two options:

Option 1: Re-Install the Extension manually form the Chrome Webstore:

     For UFT 11.53 Patch 3 and above: Install the extension from: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gigfohmibpfkgmbngbmjacnmjkheedlb
     For UFT 12.01 and above: Install the extension from: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/jjkpkaoeaicepkfjgeeopfcfpdgblbdc

Option 2: Re-Install the Extension from UFT installation folder:

    a. Open the chrome extensions page by navigating to chrome://extensions
    b. Drag and drop Agent.crx which is found under %UFT_INSTALLATION_FOLDER%\bin\Chrome\ to the Chrome extensions page that was opened in Step a.
    c. Chrome will ask you for confirmation to install the extension, approve the confirmation dialog.
