Diagnostics server is registered to another BSM

Cause

The setting  bac.registration.use.referer = true

Fix

On the Diagnostics Commanding server:
1. Open MercuryDiagnostics\Server\etc\webserver.properties
2. Change this line to the property: bac.registration.use.referer = false
3. Restart the commander
