Question

Is there a way in RUM to filter client IP address from the monitored data?

In case, where there is a requirement to exclude specific clients, (that has an out of policy configuration) filtering their IP addresses in order to exclude these data from availability/performance calculation.

Answer

It is possible to create specific End User Group for these clients, and select the option to ‘Exclude data of the group’s end user’.
