Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the End of Sale and End of Support dates for Service Test Management

Program overview

Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the End of Sale and End of Support dates for Service Test Management.

A couple of years ago HP stopped actively selling Service Test Management as there was declining adoption in the marketplace. Resources have been invested in other products and features and consequently we decided to make the product itself obsolete.

Quality Center (QC) Enterprise 11.5x and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) 11.5x are the last versions to support Service Test Management. Prior to upgrading to QC Enterprise 12.00 and/or ALM 12.00, customers should have their support contract updated to remove Service Test Management.

While Service Test Management support ends on May 31 2017, you can continue using Service Test Management (unsupported) for as long as you use ALM 11.5x and/or QC 11.5x. The End of Self-Help Support with Rights To New Versions date for ALM 11.5x and QC 11.5x is May 31, 2023.

HP is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy for Service Test Management, and will provide support as indicated by the dates listed below.
