Ensure following:
1. HP Labs developed a fix for this issue as inside: QCIM2A53199_TM1, please request the same via Support
2. Parameter OB2_ORA_HOST_COMMAND_EXCLUDE=1 needs to be set inside .omnirc file on AIX Oracle Server.
3. Ensure root(user) sys(group) permissions on files involved in the labfix
4. SYSDBA and SYSOPER grants are enabled on the involved Oracle database user SYS/SYSTEM which is used for configuring the integration.
