On the client machine without Administrator right and no access to Internet, below error message will prompt when trying to launch ALM client.
Following client components were not downloaded successfully:
1 . MMerge.exe :
This file has no digital signature or the publisher is untrusted.
Close all connections to Server and try again.
1. Open IE.
2. Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced.
3. Find the checkbox of "Check for publisher's certificate renovation", "Check for server certificate renovation", and "Check for signatures on downloaded programs".
4. Uncheck these three checkboxes.
5. Restart IE and access ALM again.
