As of July 16, 2013 HP Performance Insight (PI) will become obsolete and will be replaced by HP Service Health Reporter (SHR). The HP SHR software provides the latest capability in cross domain reporting, driven by RTSM, that enable customers to offer a wide range of reporting capability and correlation from key domain types (Systems, Networks, Apps and 3rd party data). Effective November 1, 2013, at the time of next support contract renewal, existing customer support contracts for PI will be migrated to the commensurate SHR licenses. Details of this migration are as follows: For each PI license customer will be entitled to one (1) SHR license with the equivalent quantity of SH Node license as the PI Node license e.g 250, 1000, 5000 or unlimited as originally licensed. In addition the PI Base software license entitles the customer to an equivalent quantity of SHR Base software licenses. |

License Migration Terms |

The SHR ("Migrated Software") is licensed in accordance with the agreement under which customer previously purchased PI and the new additional license terms for the applicable Migrated Software as set forth at Software Licensing Documents("Additional License Terms"). Customer’s acceptance of the Support Renewal Quotation for the respective Migrated Software is Customer’s acceptance of the Terms herein, including the Additional License Terms. | ||
