Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the version discontinuance of Performance Center 9.x. All Performance Center 9.x customers with an active support contract are eligible to upgrade to Performance Center 11.x. Performance Center 8.1x is not supported anymore since end of June 2008. Customers that still have their support contract on Performance Center 8.1x will see a contract update at time of renewal. Along with the obsolescence of these versions, we will also obsolete an older pre-merger HP product structure. Note that the entire PC configuration on your support contract may need to be updated to the new product structure. E.g. the availability of some of your PC licenses for PC 11.50 in My Updates may not suffice to update your entire PC environment. Please contact your Renewal Sales Representative to initiate the update of your support contract. Once your contract has been updated, you will be able to get your PC 11.50 license keys through My Updates. HP is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy for Performance Center, and will provide support as indicated by the dates listed below. For operational purposes, we are finalizing the contract activities until June 30, 2014. |
