  Hewlett-Packard (HP) is announcing the version discontinuance of HP OpenView Service Activator version 3.6. HP is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to you while you determine your future strategy for your Service Activator products, and will provide support as indicated by the dates listed below.

Customers are recommended to upgrade to Service Activator version 4.1, which is available to customers with an active support contract for Service Activator version 3.6. Customers are recommended to work with their systems integrator or consultant to prepare for upgrading their service activation solution to Service Activator version 4.1.
