Cause
This error occurs for either of the following reasons
1. If the repository migration is not 100% complete. This can be checked by logging into Site Administrator -> Tools -> Repository Migration status
2. If there are any other unwanted folders other than required folders in repository of the project
Fix
1 ) If this is due to repository migration , wait for the Repositorymigration to complete and show as 100%.
2 ) If this due to unwanted folders in the repository , compare the repository folder structure of the problematic project with that of a working project. Remove the unwanted folders only after you verify them and take a backup .
