When trying to run the Configuration Wizard, user gets the error:  Another instance of installation tool is currently running.

Actions tried:

- Disable UAC
- Disable firewall
- Delete registry keys (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\165D5913C3F2 37342A81ADB9BEF434A9)

Cause

Seems some problems with config files.

Fix

Delete all config files under C:\Program Data\HP\ALM\conf
