IE 11.0 support when working with HP Network Virtualization from PC 12.01

Summary

Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0 is not supported when working with HP Network Virtualization from Performance Center 12.01.

Error

The following message appears when working with HP Network Virtualization on Internet Explorer 11.0:
"Shunra NV for HP Software can only be opened using these supported browsers: Internet Explorer 8.0, 9.0, 10.0."

Cause

HP Network Virtualization release does not support working with Internet Explorer 11.0.

Fix

To work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0, perform the following steps:
  1. Unzip the attached snv-folders.zip file to a temporary folder on the Performance Center server machine where HP Network Virtualization is installed.
  2. On the Performance Center server, copy and replace snv-location and snv-configuration in <Shunra Install Location>\web\virtualization.
