Description: Expect external authentication data but does not get one.

Cause

Authentication settings in Site Administrator -> Site Users is selected to "External Authentication"

ALM is looking for the credentials to authenticate in the header and failing since it doesnt find that information.

Fix

  1. Login to the database server
  2. Open the site admin schema
  3. Open PARAMS table
  4. Set the value of EXTERNAL_AUTH_MODE to "N"
  5. Restart QC service
  6. Login to Site Administrator
