Memo field is the type which allows users to enter blocks of data. These can be created in the same way as creating any other User defined field.
Is it possible to create Memo field of ALM in an existing tab?
Answer
No. It is not possible to create a memo field in an existing tab.
New memo fields are automatically created in a new tab and this is how QC/ALM is designed.
Only comments and descriptions can be on the same tab as they are system fields.
