When using "Copy Existing workflow" option to copy the problem workflow, the workflow is copied but there is no rulesets or anything other than the phases and links between them.
Question
When using "Copy Existing workflow" option to copy the problem workflow, left "Copy rulesets" as unchecked in order to be moved to a new workflow with the HP default rulesets there and no new ones with a pre-fix, the result is different.
Once the workflow is copyed there are no rulesets or anything other than the phases and links between them.
Answer
This functionality is working as designed. When you copy a workflow, you give it a new name based off an existing workflow and if you want to copy Rulesets over, you check the box and specify a prefix. If you don’t copy anything across then you just need to look at the original workflow and select those Rulesets and associate them to the new workflow.
