Error

The following error happens when migrating a project to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) 11.52. 
Timeout when rebuilding BG_TS_IX, DS_TS_IX ,etc.  Any of the CTXAPP indexes.

Cause

Some projects fail to migrate because during the upgrade there are indexes created, which are used by CTXAPP, (bg_ts_ix, ds_ts_ix, etc). 
It is taking more than 30 seconds for Oracle to create these indexes on larger projects. Then the upgrade fails because of a timeout. 

Fix

Add the following Site Administrator Parameter to increase the timeout value for building CTXAPP indexes.
Go to Site Administrator, then go to the Site Parameters tab  and add the following parameter:
Parameter: TEXT_SEARCH_TIMEOUT 
Value: (Set to 600 seconds or greater)
