Every time that Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Explorer is opened, it asks for the credentials for the proxy and IIS authentication. To set the proxy authentication and the IIS authentication depending of the network environment cannot be necessary.

To avoid ALM Explorer to ask for credentials of IIS and Proxy, we can change the following registry
MyComputer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MercuryInteractive\TestDirector\WEB\OpenProxyDialog =
Set the value to NO
MyComputer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\MercuryInteractive\TestDirector\WEB\OpenIISDialog =
Set the value to NO
