Summary

APM.ocx : This file has no digital signature or the publisher is untrusted. The root cause of the error is that APM.XCO file is not verified by Verisign. This issue is fixed by applying patch 01 for ALM 11.52.

Error

When one tries to access ALM client after upgrading to ALM 11.52, one may encounter the following error:

APM.ocx : This file has no digital signature or the publisher is untrusted. Close all connections to Server and try again.

The error shows up in the GUI as follows:

Cause

The root cause of the error is that APM.XCO file is not verified by Verisign  and hence this file does not pass the digital signature.

Fix

This issue is fixed by applying patch 01 for ALM 11.52.
