When access UCA(Unified Correlation Analyzer) web GUI at the following URL, it got error message from console "Credentials Check failed",

Answer
The root cause is that comment “appender-ref ref="DB"”, this is known issue, already tracked by CR 9874, this issue is fixed in V3, no patches delivery on V2, suggestion customer to migrate to version 3.
