If you get this error on the probe in probe-error.log and the jobs remain in pending you should do the following in order to fix the issue:

 

1. Deactivate all the jobs.

2. Stop the Probe service but leave the UCMDB_Probe_DB service started.

3. Run the mysql_repair.bat, wait for it to finish.

4. Start the Probe again.

5. Reactivate all jobs.
