From uCMDB 10.1 the license system is a new one. The possible states are: Expiring, Restricted, Expired and Non-Compliant. Here are the ways you can check the license status:
Header of applet.jsp (top of the page)
Help -> About -> License status
Status Bar. A periodic popup will be displayed each hour if the state is Non-Compliant
