The reason why these are created is because the job takes every process that is discovered and creates nodes that don't have enough information. To change this behaviour you can do the following:
Go to the Host Application by Shell job -> Properties tab and tick Override for:
P2PServerPorts and put value 0
ignoreP2PLocalConnections true
Use an enrichment to delete all of the CIs created or wait for aging to run its course. You should not get them anymore.
