Issues with vmware infrastructure discovery can be seen where it is complaining about the vim jar files. Please download the sdk from vmware website and place the vim25.jar file inside of the probe:
<hp>\UCMDB\DataFlowProbe\runtime\probeManager\discoveryResources\vmware
Once this is deployed please restart the probe, allow it a few minutes to start and try the job again. If you have the correct credentials it should now connect to the vCenter or ESXi servers.
