If uCMDB server does not show anything in the browser, and all services are up, one debbuging step would be to find out if the UI server is also up and running. You can check this by using this link:

If the page displays UP status then the server running. If you don't get a status or a Page Cannot be displayed then there is a problem and you should check error.log and ui-server.log
