SA 10 installer will exit the upgrade process with the following message:

Patches are detected on this core and it is running in a mesh setup or has satellite(s) attached to it.
Manually remove the patches as described in the Install guide and restart the installer.

Answer

There are 2 possible root causes:

1. There still is a CORD patch installed on one of the systems involved in the upgrade process.

2. If the CORD patch has already been removed, the database CORD patch should also be removed. The database CORD patch can be removed using the patch_database.sh script available on the CORD ISO.
