Error: "No view named "xxxxxxx" list exists, queue will use the default query"
Where "xxxxxxx" is the name of the view.
This default view for each profile comes from the users profile(System Administration->Ongoing Maintenance->Profiles). If the Initial view defined under the SC Manage tab does not exist , the system will show the error.
- Open the users profile(System Administration->Ongoing Maintenance->Profiles, choose the applicable profile-IM, SD, CM).
- Search for the user's profile(Incident Analyst, ..)
- Click Forms tab (SC Manage).
- Change the Initial View setting to reflect the initial view name.
- Save the record.
- Log out and log in again to correct this issue.
