Regarding Unified Functional Testing, for the need of performing script development on one machine and script execution (test set runs / scheduled runs) on another machine simultaneously, is a single license sufficient?

If the type of license is “Seat ”, you need two seat licenses for the two machine. If the license type is “Concurrent User license”, then a single Concurrent User license would be enough.
