UFT now includes STM.
Is this the same STM that there is in QC?
Does this mean that they will not need STM license for QC for as many UFT licenses they will get?
Or is it a standalone STM?

Answer

STM included in UFT is the same with the one integrated in QC. STM is not a standalone product, it is an integrated solution with QC.
You will get a STM license from UFT license, you do not need to purchase additional STM license for QC.
