Cause
The main problem in this case is because SiteScope is taking the data like a String, not like a number and for that reason, SiteScope is not able to create the calculation.
Fix
In order to fix this problem, we must to check if the regional and confirm the follow things.
- Server Regional Settings are according the english default values. that means in current format: English (United States), Decimal Symbol "." and digit grouping ","
- On Services, we must to confirm, the user is running the service has the same regional settings configuration.
when this changes are done. Restart SiteScope Service with the correct user to fix the problem for future data colected.
