Question
Process Designer is used to define the workflow for managing knowledge documents. How to add user confirmation or abort before executing transition phases? This is especially needed within the transitions to "retired" phase. Unfortunately even though the "kmdocument.retire" process invocation in the transition is removed or enable it only on specific conditions the document is always retired.
Answer
The transition from Review to Revise phase (Return to Revision) contains a wizard invocation. In case the user cancels the wizard execution the transition is aborted as well.
